WPM Begins Management of Maple Highlands, a New 55+ Community in Howard County
WPM Real Estate Management is pleased to announce its partnership with Maple Highlands, a new 55+ luxury community of 58 duplex homes located in Howard County, Maryland. Developed by NV Homes, Maple Highlands offers low-maintenance living with features such as first-floor owner’s suites, zero-step entry, lawn care, and snow removal.
WPM began managing the community’s condominium association on February 1, shortly after the first settlements were completed. Our Association Management team has been engaged to support the community from the ground up—establishing governance structures, preparing the initial budget, and addressing key operational and management needs as the neighborhood grows.
